JACEN WILLIAMS
Bro. Williams holds a UPCI Local Minister’s license. He’s a Chaplain with Occupational Chaplains Association UPCI, volunteering for the OK Department of Corrections, and is established with North American Missions, and Christian prisoner fellowship with the UPCI. He’s a Certified Anger management teacher through Focus Education LLC.
Ministry focus points: Evangelizing, preaching and teaching the word of God, worship team, Bible Studies, Sunday school, inner healing, and helping Pastor Gonzales in any area of ministry.
JACQI COLE
Jacqi Cole was born in Tulsa, OK and lived in Bixby, OK for 22 years. She graduated Bixby High School in 2014 and received a full tuition scholarship to attend the University of Tulsa pursuing a Vocal Music Education degree. In 2018 she graduated from the University of Tulsa cum laude, and began to teach music at Ponca City, OK. She began attending Victory Worship Center in August of 2018. By God’s patience and grace, she slowly began to continue playing piano at Victory Worship Center in January of 2019. She became the Worship Director in December of 2020.
Kortny Miller Secretary
Kortny Miller was born and raised in Ponca City, and spent all of her years here outside of 2 in Texas. She came back because she missed the red dirt. Kortny is a freelance, commissioned artist that operates under the name Red Dirt Rosie. She has painted murals for cities, personal clients and businesses and enjoys helping bring to life bright and joyful imagery. She recently stepped away from a position as an on-air talent at a local Christian radio station to pursue art moreso, and song writing. She enjoys adventuring with her husband and children, graphic design for t-shirts, painting, singing/songwriting, and encouraging folks around her.
